Program Intern
About The Position
The Program Intern will assist the IVLP program at Global Santa Fe. The role focuses on helping draft proposals for IVLP programs, researching and contacting outside organizations to arrange meetings, and occasionally accompanying international visitors to and from meetings. Interns are not expected to transport visitors; transportation is provided by a logistics company. The internship includes weekly meetings with the IVLP program manager to review completed work and receive tasks for the following week. This is an off-campus work-study position at Global Santa Fe in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Applicants must have a Work-Study Award.

Responsibilities
- Help draft proposals for IVLP programs.
- Research organizations that align with the goals of specific IVLP programs.
- Contact outside organizations by phone or email to arrange suitable meetings.
- Occasionally show international visitors to and from their meetings; visitors are transported by a logistics company.
- Attend weekly meetings with the IVLP program manager to report on completed work and receive tasks for the following week.
