About The Position

Leidos' Defense Sensors organization is seeking a Program Integrator to support execution of emerging technology radar programs. Based in Huntsville, Alabama, this role serves as the primary on-site program execution representative and works closely with program leadership. The Program Integrator coordinates day-to-day activities, aligns local engineering and functional teams, tracks execution against program objectives, and proactively identifies and resolves issues. The position requires independent operation, priority-setting, and timely decisions consistent with the Program Manager's direction.

Leidos Defense Systems Sector provides systems, solutions, and services across land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace for customers worldwide, including enterprise and mission IT, intelligence systems, command and control, geospatial and data analytics, cybersecurity, logistics, training, and intelligence analysis and operations support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 6+ years of prior relevant experience, or a master's degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience; additional education, experience, or training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams in a defense development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, resolve execution issues, and work independently with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with program schedules, budgets, risk management, and technical deliverables.
• Experience working with geographically distributed program teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence teams without direct supervisory authority.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and possess and maintain an active Secret clearance.
• Must reside in Huntsville, Alabama, or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site program execution representative in Huntsville, coordinating daily activities with the Program Manager.
• Coordinate engineering, software, integration, test, and other functional teams to keep program activities aligned with technical, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Monitor day-to-day program execution, identify emerging issues and risks, and work with program leadership and functional managers to develop and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between the Huntsville execution team, program leadership, and other program stakeholders.
• Track program priorities, action items, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Support the Program Manager in managing program cost, schedule, technical performance, and contractual requirements.
• Represent program leadership in local meetings and activities, make decisions within delegated authority, and elevate issues as appropriate.
• Provide regular program status updates, including accomplishments, challenges, risks, and upcoming priorities.
