Program Event Manager

The Channel Company
$80,000 - $85,000Hybrid

About The Position

The Event Manager will serve as the operational engine behind high-impact, partner-led events, driving scalable execution across regions while enabling partner self-sufficiency. Embedded within client teams, this role ensures consistent, high-quality delivery of events at scale—while removing operational burden from strategic stakeholders and building a repeatable model that supports long-term program growth. This is not a traditional event role - it is a programmatic, scalable delivery function that transforms events into a measurable growth lever. We are looking for someone West-Coast based, preferably in Seattle, WA for this 6-month pilot program with possibility for renewal and expansion to the East Coast.

Requirements

  • West Coast based (preferably Seattle). The role is hybrid, where most of the work will be performed from your home office but will be expected to go to the client’s office to train and on a weekly basis
  • 3+ years experience in event management, program management, or campaign execution—ideally in a B2B or partner/channel environment
  • Ability to manage high-volume, multi-stakeholder programs with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, client-facing environments with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Strong project management capabilities, including timelines, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
  • Highly organized with the ability to standardize processes and build scalable workflows
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate execution into clear status and outcomes
  • Mindset focused on outcomes over activity—driving measurable impact, not just execution
