They are seeking a Program Document Control Associate to join their growing team. This role is a key link between departments, supporting operational excellence, driving efficiencies, and helping maintain the trust of customers and business partners. The Program Document Control Associate is vital to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across customer portfolios and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both as a team player and independently.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Minimum High School Degree; Associate Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Customer Care and Advocacy and the business.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Legal, Customer Billing, and Finance teams.
  • Assist in the proactive management of customer portfolios through ticketing, applications, and addendum collection related to: Site/Portfolio Sales, Site/Portfolio Relocations, Program Breaches, Financial Customer Requested EHVAC/R Requests, Aborted Technologies Installations.
