The Document Control Specialist position is responsible for quality and production documentation review, product release, and ensuring all customer/ regulatory documentation requirements are communicated to the Quality Department and sent to the customer as well. Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a Document Control related role.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the food industry required.
  • At least 4 years’ experience with customers, suppliers, and departments within a related role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and review data and documentation in DrinkPAK’s Quality Doc Management systems.
  • Maintain and review data and documentation for both in-process and finished goods.
  • Provide documentation to customers and DrinkPAK departments.
  • Work with groups within the organization to obtain up-to-date and accurate documentation supporting ongoing projects.
  • Daily activities could support the new product introduction process, technical customer response, and other documentation.
  • Work within established processes and procedures to improve the flow of information within DrinkPAK and externally with customers.
  • Assist with the development of these procedures and processes.
  • Work with Quality leadership team on new product approval and customer requirements.
  • Work independently with various departments, including but not limited to Logistics, Quality, and Operations.
  • Always ensure the accuracy of data and documentation.
