About The Position

The Little Gym of West Seattle is seeking a Program Director to lead and reinforce the core values and mission statement of The Little Gym. This role involves understanding the philosophy and program, and communicating information accurately and professionally to the team and customers. A significant part of the role is teaching amazing gymnastics classes based on a proven curriculum and teaching method. The Program Director is also responsible for developing, growing, and maintaining a fun and professional work environment for staff, leading the curriculum for the team, and working with the leadership team to ensure the best classes are taught. Public speaking is involved in sharing knowledge of all programs and events offered. Outstanding customer service and membership experience are expected, treating members like family with professional yet personal interactions. The Program Director will assist the Gym Director by studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators to grow enrollment and finances. Office tasks include answering phone calls, texts, emails, Instaply, voicemail, and walk-in inquiries. Maintaining a clean and safe environment by thoroughly cleaning equipment is also a responsibility.

A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.

Responsibilities

Reinforcement and Leading of the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym, understanding the philosophy and program, and communicating information accurately and professionally to team and customers.
Teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff.
Lead the curriculum for your team, working directly with the leadership team to ensure that our team is truly teaching the BEST classes!
Share knowledge of all the programs and events we offer.
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Assist the Gym Director by studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators to develop and grow the business in both enrollment and finances.
Perform office tasks including answering phone calls, texts, emails, Instaply, voicemail, and walk-in inquiries.
Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly.
