About The Position

ViaQuest Healthcare Central provides quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in intermediate care facilities (ICF). The ICF Program Director manages the overall system of support and services for individuals served, coordinates personnel and service delivery, and oversees a caseload and the care of individuals. The position is salaried, full-time, and requires on-call availability. The listed salary range is $54,600 to $57,000 per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Strong decision-making and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least two years of experience in developmental disabilities, preferably in residential services; this experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall system of support and services provided to individuals served.
• Manage personnel and coordinate service delivery.
• Interview, hire, and develop quality direct care employees.
• Monitor individuals’ finances and benefits.
• Manage a caseload and coordinate the care of individuals served.
• Participate in all surveys.
• Participate in investigations of incidents, review reports, track trends, and recommend resolutions.
