The House of Hope Program Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of House of Hope. The Director provides direct leadership and supervision to residential staff, ensures effective staffing and service delivery, supports a safe and welcoming shelter environment, and responds to immediate client and staff needs. The Director works closely with the Vice President of Homelessness Programs and Residential Data and Grants Manager to ensure that House of Hope operates consistently with Family Tree policies, program expectations, contractual requirements, and the organization’s mission and values. Family Tree's mission is to partner with all people to prevent and overcome the interconnected issues of child abuse, domestic violence and homelessness to promote safety, healing and stability across generations. Family Tree is committed to empowering change and transforming the lives of vulnerable populations in our community. We are committed to investing in our team, valuing diverse and marginalized voices, and promoting inclusion and equity. House of Hope is a family shelter serving households that are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness. The program provides a safe and supportive residential environment, case management, and basic needs using a multigenerational, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach. House of Hope operates 24/7.
