Residential Supervisor $24.00–$25.50 per hour | Lancaster, MA Are you passionate about youth service and ready to make a meaningful impact every day? Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced and emotionally charged treatment environment.
- Ability to work effectively with a range of staff while demonstrating leadership and maturity.
- Minimum of one year of residential experience.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related Human Services field.
Responsibilities
- Implementing the assigned weekend day master schedule.
- Providing supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
- Supervising assigned direct care staff.
- Providing direct care and support to youth during the assigned shift.
