Operating within the Office of the Dean at the McDonough School of Business, the Program Development Associate leads the planning, development, and implementation of the Georgetown West initiative while supporting the School's broader academic growth and innovation agenda. The position's primary focus is establishing a permanent Georgetown presence in the San Francisco Bay Area by advancing academic programming, strategic partnerships, operational planning, and community engagement that will enable immersive undergraduate, graduate, and co-curricular experiences connected to the Silicon Valley AI and technology ecosystem. Working closely with faculty, university leadership, alumni, donors, corporate partners, and Bay Area stakeholders, the Associate oversees the coordinated workstreams required to grow Georgetown West from early experiential activities into a comprehensive regional academic hub. This includes guiding academic program development, student life planning, facilities and operational readiness, and external engagement to build a sustainable foundation for the University's long-term West Coast presence. In addition, the Associate contributes to strategic academic initiatives across the McDonough School of Business by supporting the development of new domestic and international programs, advancing academic innovation, and ensuring compliance with university, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
