About The Position

The Program/Delivery Manager owns Depotnet’s sprint cycle end to end. The role turns signed-off change requests and roadmap items, prioritised by the Product and Client teams, into sprint plans that the development team can deliver on time and to the expected quality. The manager coordinates developers and contractors, protects delivery from mid-sprint scope changes, plans QA and UAT windows, and manages the release schedule and resource availability.

Requirements

• Strong capacity-planning skills, including allocating work across developers and contractors against known constraints.
• Ability to politely decline requests and protect the team from mid-flight scope creep.
• Sufficient technical literacy to challenge estimates and hold one’s own in conversations with developers.
• Fluency with Azure DevOps.
• A dynamic, energetic approach and resilience in managing competing priorities.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, along with strong rapport-building and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the sprint cycle from planning through release.
• Translate signed-off change requests and prioritised roadmap items into actionable sprint plans.
• Run sprint planning and allocate work across developers and contractors based on known capacity.
• Protect the sprint from mid-flight scope changes, working with the Tech Director and Heads of Tech to keep delivery on track.
• Plan QA windows and UAT alongside the delivery schedule.
• Own the release schedule and resource availability planning.
