About The Position

The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating programs or multiple projects, with complex interdependencies, on an ongoing and regular basis. This includes supporting program development, project planning and status reporting, compliance and risk management, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Successful track record of coordinating complex projects in area of functional expertise
  • Strong planning, time management, communication, decision making, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of current technologies and methodologies to plan and communicate effectively with project team and sponsors
  • Self-motivated; self-starter
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and focus on immediate assignments
  • MS Office Suite skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of directly related experience

Nice To Haves

  • Title insurance transactional experience preferred
  • NovoEd or alternate learning platform experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supports the planning and coordination of NCS’ new hire program with complex interdependencies and multiple stakeholders
  • Provides administrative support in the creation and execution of program design and revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Coordinates and organizes program deliverables including program roadmaps, plans, content, and delivery timetables
  • Monitors and communicates program status to the team to achieve expected outcomes
  • Acts as liaison among new hires, field leaders, and IT partners to create a seamless new hire experience with minimal impact to business continuity
  • Consistently vets and updates learning content for relevance and compliance standards in collaboration with Instructional Designer
  • Maintains Steering Committee advocacy and cross-functional program alignment
