About The Position

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate leader to oversee our Vocational and Community-Based Day Support (CBDS) programs, helping adults with autism and other developmental disabilities build independence through meaningful employment, volunteer opportunities, and community engagement. As the Program Coordinator, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Vocational and CBDS programs while providing leadership to staff and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of leadership or management experience in human services.
  • Experience supervising staff and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of Massachusetts adult service systems, including DDS and vocational programming.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain CPR/First Aid, MAP, and SOLVE certifications.

  • Experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and program development is a plus.
  • Passion for person-centered services and community inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day Vocational and CBDS program operations.
  • Develop meaningful employment, volunteer, and community opportunities for individuals served.
  • Supervise, coach, and support program staff while fostering a positive team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with DDS, CARF, Department of Labor, and other regulatory standards.
  • Monitor program quality through audits, documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with families, guardians, employers, funding agencies, and community partners.
  • Assist with budgeting, strategic planning, and program development.
  • Promote innovative employment and skill-building opportunities that maximize independence.
  • Participate in the agency's management team and help drive continuous improvement.
