In this role, by training and guide clients to develop the work skills and professional behaviors necessary to achieve their vocational goals. This position provides leadership, coaching, and program oversight to ensure clients gain the skills, confidence, and experience needed to pursue and maintain community employment opportunities.

• Training and guiding clients to develop work skills and professional behaviors necessary to achieve their vocational goals.

• Competitive Pay: $16-$20 depending on experience, with .50 increase potential after 90 days (paid for all hours worked)
