About The Position

Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program. Support Business Manager in organizing special events (Family Weekend, Scholarship Dinner, and McKenzie Lectureship) and/or meetings Support Business Manager in travel arrangements for CSAR employees and students to include processing of all aspects of travel in Emburse Enterprise - maintain and organize official travel files. Support Assistant Director with alumni relations by assisting with planning for alumni events and updating alumni contact list. Assist with the CSAR application process, and the scholarship process, including serving on the scholarship committee. Under the direction of the CSAR Director, coordinate facilities management for the CSAR space including renovations and maintenance. Provide student support (check-ins, resource referrals, mentoring) Assist as back-up with greeting visitors, answering requests, and managing phone calls. Serve as the Emergency Action Coordinator. Maintain current emergency contact information for the center, attend College emergency meetings, and comply with safety policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school plus six years experience in a related field.
  • Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
