Trillium Health Partners (THP) is seeking a Program Coordinator to join the Equity, Anti-Racism & Inclusion Office. In this role, the Program Coordinator will collaborate with teams across the organization to support and drive transformative equity-focused initiatives. The primary responsibilities include supporting the development, coordination, and management of workplans, and supporting the planning and execution of key initiatives. The Program Coordinator will track and report on assigned projects and work assignments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to THP’s mission and values, with a dedication to a person-centered approach in delivering high-quality hospital care.

Requirements

  • Post secondary degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a diversity, equity and inclusion work.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across dynamic, multidisciplinary teams.
  • High proficiency in written communication with acute attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills to address complex challenges and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination, assigned projects and work packages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide updates on work.
  • Assist in coordinating the development of presentations.
  • Contribute to the continued implementation of the immediate actions and recommendations from our Climate Report.
  • Developing written content for internal audiences, including communications plans, memos, announcements, key messaging, scripts, promotional materials, presentations, and HUB page content.
