About The Position

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and management of grants and/or projects, programs, and for performing various high-level office support duties. This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of the cultures and needs of the Alaska Native people affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s geographical service area.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor’s degree; OR four (4) years of administrative support experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience; OR demonstrated proficiency as an Administrative Support III at SCF.
  • Compliance with our Employee Health procedure is a condition of SCF employment.
  • Agreement to comply with all job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to your first day of employment.
  • For Health Care Personnel (HCP) positions, documentation of completed immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap, and COVID-19) prior to your first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of Program Coordinator experience including one (1) year of grant and/or project management experience; or demonstrated proficiency as a Program Coordinator I at SCF.
