About The Position

The Salvation Army, Developmental Disabilities Program (DDP) is seeking a Program Coordinator for their Community Based Living program in Lower Bucks County, PA. This full-time, exempt role involves leading a team and advocating for adults with developmental disabilities to ensure they live with dignity and joy. The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing care, safety, and staff mentorship, making independence possible for the program's individuals.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree (or 60 credits) with 2 years of field experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant field experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word)
• Comfortable utilizing computers and other technologies including electric health record databases
• Solid understanding of federal, state, and county regulations (6400) for adult developmental disability services
• Ability to supervise staff, manage schedules, and maintain a positive, high-quality work environment
• Flexible availability based on scheduling and supervision for 24/7 residential operations
• May be required to work nights and/or weekends
• Ability to manage and track large amounts of information
• A valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
• Reliable vehicle
• Ability to manage on-call responsibilities
