Intensive Care Coordinator for Reno County
About The Position
Substance Abuse Center of Kansas is seeking to fill two full-time positions for care coordinators working with dual diagnosis participants in the Hutchinson area. Successful applicants will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of substance use, case management, and community resources. Ability to obtain KCPM (Kansas Certified Peer Mentor) preferred but not required. Must be proficient in the use of computer applications. This position holds a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule. We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, and additional benefits. Starting pay is $18 an hour.
