The Program Coordinator (PC) is the lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Adult Day Program. This is a hands-on, working leadership role. As a PC, you will be actively supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) on the floor each day, while also helping guide staff and support overall program operations. You will be responsible for providing direct care, hands-on instruction, and positive behavioral support to ensure the health, safety, and success of the individuals we serve. In addition to direct support, you will assist with documentation, coordination of daily programming, and maintaining compliance standards. While this is not a formal supervisory role, the PC takes the lead in daily operations, helping ensure the program runs smoothly and staff are supported and aligned. This position reports directly to the Program Director.
