About The Position

Eurofins Agroscience Services is searching for a Program Coordinator to join their team in Columbia, MO. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, systems knowledgeable and comfortable working in a regulated scientific environment. This role involves coordinating project execution in a shared-resource environment, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities, and partnering with Study Directors to develop and maintain integrated study schedules. The Program Coordinator will serve as the primary coordination point among Study Directors, laboratory operations, QA, sales, and finance, ensuring study execution adheres to approved protocols and statements of work. Additionally, the role is responsible for coordinating test material needs to different sites for identified programs/studies and ensuring project coordination activities support compliance with GLP regulations and internal SOPs.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree finance, business, economics or a life-science related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, finance, sales operations or program/project management.
  • High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel 2 – 3 days per quarter to meet with key clients, attend team meetings and participate in mandatory trainings.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with GLP, GMP, ISO or other regulated laboratory environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM and LIMS systems.
  • Understanding of contract research or analytical testing services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project execution in a shared-resource environment (i.e. Sharepoint, etc…) where Study Directors, laboratory teams, and support functions operate within a matrix structure.
  • Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and handoffs across Study Directors, operations and project teams.
  • Partner with Study Directors to develop and maintain integrated study schedules aligned with laboratory capacity and resource availability. Ensure laboratory operations are aware of coming projects, workloads and urgent timelines.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point among Study Directors, laboratory operations, QA, sales and finance.
  • Ensure study execution adheres to approved protocols, statements of work and agreed quotations. Work with Sales and other commercial teams to ensure alignment with Master Services Agreements (MSA).
  • Ensure project coordination activities support compliance with GLP regulations and internal SOPs.
  • Responsible for coordinating test material needs to different sites for identified programs/studies.
