  • Must have unrestricted work authorization in the country where this position is located.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, develop, and manage a portfolio of investments, with an emphasis on processes and systems, initial investment due diligence, and timeline management.
  • Provide or support budget oversight and planning, financial analysis and reporting, and process management for the portfolio of investments, which may include grants, contracts, and program-related investments.
  • Advise on investment structure, ensure compliance with foundation processes, maintain internal systems, and manage timelines.
  • Collaborate with business partners, grantees, and vendors throughout the investment lifecycle.
  • Collect portfolio data, identify trends, and communicate issues to the program team.
  • Plan and participate in cross-foundation and cross-program projects.
  • Assist the program team with the annual pipeline planning process.
  • Lead the Request for Proposal process for program staff.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on processes, tools, systems, and templates.
  • Provide training, ongoing coaching, and process change support to program teams and external partners.
