About The Position

The Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of external client facing programs that best meet the business needs. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless accommodation is granted as required by law.

Requirements

Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and minimum of 3 years' experience in health care, or 2 years of related program experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

BA/BS degree preferred.
AI applications such as Spark, Copilot, IMS or equivalent systems, person centered planning preferred.

Responsibilities

Builds and maintains the business program plans and schedules, contributes to ensuring business deliverables are met, assist in documentation and project status tracing.
Monitor activities to ensure the external client facing program objectives are met within established time frames and budgets.
Scheduling, conducting, and attending meetings.
Supporting management in overall objectives, assessing costs and savings and assist in the payments of vendor invoices.
Complies complex data and able to assist in preparing and delivering presentations as required.
