A Training Coordinator in a Pulp mill is responsible for overseeing the training and development programs for employees to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. We use a blend of virgin and recycled fibers (Kraft and OCC pulp) to produce Kraft pulp, paper, containerboard, medium and market pulp.
