About The Position

SimplyLove Care, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator (PC) to provide leadership and oversight for residential services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a leadership role responsible for supervising managers, ensuring person-centered services are delivered in alignment with PCSP/ISP goals, and maintaining compliance with state and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a mission-driven leader with experience in IDD services who can strengthen systems, support staff development, and ensure high-quality outcomes for the individuals we support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IDD/DD services
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicaid waiver services and regulatory requirements
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach Residential Services Managers and House Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with PCSP/ISP goals, Medicaid waiver requirements, and state regulations.
  • Monitor and support staff in implementing person-centered plans within daily routines and documentation.
  • Identify gaps in service delivery, documentation, and compliance; implement corrective actions and staff training.
  • Collaborate with families, Support Coordinators, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure coordinated, person-centered supports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations, compliance, and the mission of SimplyLove Care.
