Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program. Serves as a key participant with course directors and faculty in the design, development, and implementation of the medical school curriculum's assessment portion. As requested generate reports documenting curriculum implementation, examination results (aggregate and individual) and evaluation results In cooperation with the Course Director, Unit Director and Unit Associate Director, create, monitor, and troubleshoot sessions associated with assessments such as Formative, Summative, SCI Mid-Term and Final, Comprehensive End of Year Exam and/ or Comprehensive Basic Science Exams onto the Institution's Learning Management System. Proctor and assist students during examinations Manage all assessment entries to Exam Software and the Learning Management System assuring that entries are current, accurate and consistent with agreed upon format and styles. Entries include but are not limited to: examination items, generating examinations, examination results, ect. Manage all Formative and Summative exam grade entries into E-Portfolio and assuring entries are current, accurate and consistent with agreed upon format and styles Scheduling of rooms for scheduled educational activities (e.g. special accommodations for approved students, special testing requests approved for students) as requested by faculty. Remains current with all licensure, certifications and mandatory compliances and trainings required of this position. Adhere to all policies, procedures and practices (Regents Rules, TTUS, HSECEP OPs, etc.). Personally, and consistently, demonstrate, display and act in accordance with Texas Tech Health El Paso’s Values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork).
