This is a full-time position available on or after August 1, 2026, within the Community Engagement Belonging department. The coordinator will support and lead Registered Student Organizations and Greek Life, providing students with opportunities to connect with peers and explore interests through co-curricular involvement. The role involves guiding student-led groups, supporting engagement, leadership development, and university event processes, while fostering a sense of community and belonging through campus involvement. The coordinator will deliver individualized advising, workshops, academic and personal success interventions, and referrals to campus and community resources. This position serves as a key point of contact for participants navigating campus systems and accessing academic, leadership, and wellness resources. Responsibilities include managing caseloads or cohorts, collaborating with campus and community partners, and supporting student success through strategic planning, program assessment, and data-informed decision-making. Maintaining accurate and compliant records in systems is also required. In addition to their assigned focus area, the coordinator will support department-wide programs, events, and initiatives as needed. This role may also function as a lead or 'working supervisor' for support staff or interns, including mentoring students, directing student assistants, and contributing to the daily operations of the center.
