About The Position

The Program Coordinator Social Services promotes, coordinates, manages, and oversees the day-to-day operations of the CHOICE Restaurant and To-Go Pilot Program. The role includes enrollment and service-delivery data entry, coordination with Community Based Organizations (CBOs), promoting participation, and troubleshooting program areas as needed. The coordinator also supports other Social Services Department programs and related reporting and administrative work. The position is full-time, based in Anaheim, California, and operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The hourly pay range is $20.00–$23.00, with the rate determined by factors including geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent preferred; comparable work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Ability to work well with people of all ages, especially older adults.
Moderate familiarity and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
Ability to read, interpret, and implement regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ability to maintain complex records and data.
Valid California driver's license and state-required auto insurance, and ability to provide own transportation; must maintain a clean DMV driving record and enroll in the MOWOC DMV Pull Notice Program.
Ability to travel frequently between multiple locations.
Ability to use a computer keyboard, sit stationary for extended periods, and use office equipment such as a copy machine, printer, filing cabinets, and telephones.
Ability to constantly extend the body, arms, or hands as needed to perform essential duties.
Ability to occasionally ascend, descend, and position oneself as needed to complete essential duties.
Ability to speak, communicate, interpret, or exchange information accurately on a constant basis.
Ability to perceive objects over moderate or long distances, with or without accommodation.
Ability to move, transport, and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience with data tracking software WellSky or similar systems.

Responsibilities

Enter new client enrollment information and assessments into dual reporting systems, assign SeniorDine meal cards, and coordinate and enter annual reassessments.
Arrange delivery of SeniorDine cards, print and mail welcome packets for Restaurant participants, and print and deliver scanning cards to CBOs for To-Go participants.
Verify meals scanned in SeniorDine and ServTracker, make corrections and update seconds served in both systems as needed, and record units in WellSky.
Coordinate with CBOs to collect required documentation, answer compliance questions, provide meal-allocation updates, and support program promotion.
Visit dine-in restaurants monthly to collect comment cards, nutrition education reporting, and other survey or reporting data, and provide printed materials for program operations.
Onboard new Restaurants and CBOs, including training on the program manual, SeniorDine system, and compliance requirements.
Attend community events to promote the dine-in Restaurant program and collect interest lists or registration forms.
Communicate program updates to CBOs and restaurants, including updates from the Office on Aging, Environmental Health Department, and Meals on Wheels Orange County.
Support other Social Services Department programs, including Home Delivered Meals, Congregate Meals, and In Home Services, as well as assigned reporting and administrative functions.
Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.
Perform other duties and assignments related to the CHOICE program, Social Services Department, and company special projects as deemed necessary and appropriate.
