In this role, you will coordinate MNCASA’s national training and technical assistance programming focused on strengthening multidisciplinary Sexual Assault Response Teams (SARTs) across the United States and Territories. You will support Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) grantees and allied professionals working to improve systems responses to sexual violence. You will work alongside another Program Coordinator within the SVJI team to collaboratively build national capacity for SARTs, share project responsibilities, and ensure consistent, high-quality support for multidisciplinary teams. A significant portion of this work includes supporting rural communities, where access to coordinated sexual violence response systems can be limited. You will help rural teams strengthen collaboration, improve victim/survivor-centered practices, and navigate unique barriers to services. Together you will develop training, provide customized technical assistance, create resources, conduct site visits (virtual and in-person), and coach multidisciplinary teams to improve trauma-informed, equitable responses to sexual violence.
