The Program Coordinator I - Entrepreneurship is a youth development practitioner responsible for implementing culturally competent and trauma-informed youth programming, supporting daily operations, and building consistent relationships with youth and their ʻohana. This role focuses on ensuring that the logistical and administrative functions necessary for the entrepreneurship program success run smoothly, maintaining safe and engaging environments, and collaborating with YES workers and the broader program team to ensure youth access and participation. The Coordinator I brings both direct engagement and operational skills to the role, facilitating activities, coordinating schedules and logistics, maintaining accurate data and documentation, and contributing to ongoing entrepreneurship program quality. This role is integral to the day-to-day functioning of program sites and to the holistic wraparound supports provided to youth and their families throughout Liliʻuokalani Trust programs.
