About The Position
Oversee all financial operations for a large federal task order, serving as the primary financial advisor to program leadership and government customers. Ensure accurate reporting, compliant invoicing, strong financial controls, and reliable forecasting to support mission delivery. Lead task‑order financial operations and manage mid‑to‑large finance teams.
Requirements
- Experience in federal contracting finance or project control
- Experience leading mid‑to‑large finance teams
- Experience with AAS or FEDSIM task orders
- Experience in using Excel
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

- Possession of strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage invoice preparation, quality reviews, submissions, and unbilled monitoring.
- Support contract funding actions, pricing reviews, and financial risk mitigation.
- Coordinate financial tools, templates, and process improvements.
- Brief leadership and government customers on financial status, risks, and trends.
