The Program Compliance & Grievance Manager is responsible for overseeing program-level reporting, documentation accuracy, and the formal grievance intake, tracking, and resolution process within a federally contracted ICE residential facility in Alexandria, LA. This position ensures all required operational reports are completed accurately and submitted on time in accordance with federal contract requirements. In addition, this role manages the grievance system to ensure all concerns are properly documented, routed, tracked, and resolved through established facility procedures. This position serves as the program’s primary administrative function for compliance reporting, documentation control, and grievance tracking and escalation.
