About The Position

EF Education First offers a Cooperative Education (co-op) program in partnership with students' colleges or universities, allowing them to gain work experience. This specific co-op, the Program Compliance Co-Op (Sales Support), internally known as an Education Credit Coordinator, is a key supporting role within the Extensions Team. The role focuses on compliance, documentation, and operational processes to ensure au pairs can successfully extend their program year in the United States. A critical aspect of this is meeting the Department of State's federally mandated education credit requirement, and this position serves as the operational backbone for that compliance function. The coordinator is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and approving education credit documentation from all global markets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal program requirements. By managing compliance timelines and communicating effectively, this role enables the sales team to advance extension conversations without delays.
