Program Associate (BNR Res) - Plainsboro - Quail Ridge
About The Position
Bancroft is hiring a Program Associate to provide direct support in its adult residential program in Plainsboro, New Jersey. The role supports adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities, with a focus on compassionate, positive care and helping residents build skills and independence through personalized plans of care. The position also involves planning events and outings, working as part of a supportive and accountable team, and communicating with residents, families, and guardians. The schedule is Sunday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Monday through Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The hourly rate is $19.06 to $19.44. Weekend availability is required. The work can be physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging, and each hour may bring different needs.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends.
- Have a current driver's license in good standing.

- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
