About The Position

Line Cook team members, known at Chili’s as Heart of House team members, are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role prepares food by following Chili’s recipe procedures, keeps the kitchen clean and safe, and helps maintain a continuous flow of orders. Candidates should be friendly and caring toward team members, able to act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and able to use common kitchen equipment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
