About The Position
Chili's Line Cooks, part of the Heart of House team, help set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and supporting dependable, fast service. The role is suited to someone who takes pride in teamwork and can work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Chili's offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
Responsibilities
- Learn and properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
