The Career Pathways program associate will play a critical role in supporting Heights and partners. The program associate will work closely with the Director of Career Pathways and Heights staff to administer school year and summer Career programming, including internship and enrichment opportunities. The associate will support the Law and Justice Mentorship Program, programming for students not on track for college, and other career-related initiatives. The Law and Justice Mentorship Program (LJMP) is a pipeline initiative that connects high school students of color, historically underrepresented in the legal profession, with critical pre-law opportunities and mentorship. This role provides essential administrative, logistical, and student-facing support. In the fall, efforts focus primarily on participant recruitment; in the spring, the focus shifts to program logistics, executing 6 days of in-person programming and having everything in place for summer internships. Primary Partners: Heights Philadelphia, School District of Philadelphia, and partner law firms.
