About The Position
The Program Assistant/Teacher Aide is an entry-level position that helps ensure comprehensive Head Start services are provided to enrolled children and families. The role uses the center environment to assist staff in creating rich learning opportunities that build on daily routines and support each child's development and education. Arkansas Early Learning serves children from birth to age five and their families through Early Head Start and Head Start programs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure comprehensive Head Start services are provided to enrolled children and families.
- Assist staff with creating learning opportunities in the center environment that build on daily routines and support each child's development and education.
