About The Position
The Program Assistant/Teacher Aide is an entry-level position that helps ensure comprehensive Head Start services are provided to enrolled children and families. The role uses the center environment to assist staff in creating rich learning opportunities built around daily routines and supporting each child's development and education. Arkansas Early Learning provides educational childcare programs for children from birth to age five and offers child and family support services in a safe, caring environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure comprehensive Head Start services are provided to enrolled children and families.
- Assist staff in using the center environment and daily routines to create rich learning opportunities.
- Support each child's development and education.
