About The Position
The Program Assistant/Teacher Aide is an entry-level position that helps ensure comprehensive Head Start services are provided to enrolled children and families. The role uses the center environment to assist staff in creating rich learning opportunities built into daily routines and supporting each child’s development and education.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure comprehensive Head Start services are provided to children and families enrolled in the program.
- Assist staff in creating learning opportunities within the center environment and daily routines.
- Support each child’s development and education.
