The Program Assistant Manager is responsible for directly supervising "Sub" (PRN) direct support team members, completing 6-month and annual performance reviews, overseeing the training and certification process for direct reports, monitoring, reviewing, and approving direct reports' timesheets and PTO requests, ensuring completion of daily service notes, daily attendance, and other required documentation, and providing regular feedback and retraining when necessary. This role also involves financial oversight, including completing rep-payee paperwork, coordinating tax filing, monitoring resource limits, establishing ABLE/Pooled Asset Trusts, coordinating completion of SSA/SSI/SSDI benefit paperwork, approving payment of bills, monitoring financial documents for accuracy and spending integrity, and submitting and coding credit card receipts. Additionally, the Program Assistant Manager is responsible for incident management, including following all incident reporting requirements, obtaining Certified Investigator Training/Certification, ensuring investigations are completed within the required timeframe, and participating in and coordinating follow-up procedures after admin reviews. The role also includes ensuring compliance by verifying team members are trained on individuals' PCPs/ISPs, guaranteeing all plans and protocols are accurate and revised as necessary, ensuring all mandatory trainings and certifications are completed, completing monthly site assessments and implementing correction plans, and actively participating in licensing reviews.
