The incumbent will assist with participant enrollment, data collection and communication, working under the supervision of experienced research nurses. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 Years Related Experience
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Nursing or a related health sciences field, or a recent graduate.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in the province of Quebec.
  • English communication both verbally and in writing at a level #4 on a scale of 0-4.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for study participants.
  • Assist with participant onboarding: review patient charts, contact potential participants, schedule visits, obtain consent forms.
  • Assist with records maintenance, collect baseline medical data, maintain accurate and up-to-date study records and documentation, enter and update participant data in case report forms and databases.
  • Maintain documentation.
  • Collect signatures and approvals.
  • Maintain the study binder and ensure all study documentation is organized and complete.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
