New position required to provide office support with the following tasks: Maintain and regularly update website content, Update administrative databases, Support the onboarding process for students, including documentation and coordination tasks, Maintain and update laboratory and personnel lists across internal systems, Collect, organize, and validate data to support internal and external reporting, Assist with routine administrative tasks and process improvements, Liaise with faculty, students, and staff to gather and confirm information, Support events when appropriate.
