Telework may be authorized, with eligibility discussed during the interview. Virtual work may be authorized only for current VA employees already subject to the return-to-in-person-work mandate, and must be performed at VA-owned or leased space. Selectees are generally required to report in person unless they have an approved exemption. Relocation and recruitment incentives and permanent change of station are not authorized.
