About The Position

BluePath Labs is seeking a TS/SCI Program Analyst to support our clients at the Department of War (DoW). This position is contingent upon contract award and is for inclusion in a proposal for an upcoming government contract. The Program Analyst will provide analytical and coordination support for regional security, security cooperation, and defense-related initiatives that advance U.S. strategic objectives. This role involves supporting the oversight of regional, bilateral, and multilateral engagements, preparing written products for senior leaders, and assisting with the planning, coordination, and facilitation of interagency-attended international events. The position requires the ability to assess complex regional security issues, support strategic programs and engagements, and contribute to mission execution in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in International Affairs/Relations, Political Science, National Security, Resource Management, Finance, or another field directly related to the contract requirements. A master's or doctoral degree in one of the specified fields will satisfy this requirement if the candidate's bachelor's degree is in an unrelated field.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in two or more of the following areas: Analyzing complex regional security issues or executing international security cooperation or defense initiatives to advance U.S. strategic objectives.
  • Overseeing complex regional, bilateral, or multilateral strategic programs and engagements.
  • Drafting professional documents related to defense, regional security, or security cooperation issues for senior leaders, including white papers, briefings, reports, and talking points.
  • Experience leading the end-to-end coordination, planning, and facilitation of interagency-attended international events.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex regional security issues and support security cooperation or defense initiatives that advance U.S. strategic objectives.
  • Support the coordination and oversight of regional, bilateral, and multilateral strategic programs and engagements.
  • Draft and edit professional documents for senior leaders, including white papers, briefings, reports, talking points, and related materials on defense, regional security, and security cooperation matters.
  • Assist with the end-to-end coordination, planning, and facilitation of interagency-attended international events and engagements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support program execution, scheduling, deliverables, and engagement activities.
  • Track actions, milestones, and follow-up items to support timely completion of assigned program objectives.
