About The Position

Requirements

BA/BS or related years of experience.
Business/program analysis experience.
Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
Skilled on VISA, SOFA and TESA requirements.
Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office Suite – specifically Excel.
Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of specialized experience, OR an Associate's degree plus 7 years of specialized experience, OR A major certification plus 7 years of specialized experience, OR 11 years of specialized experience.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of SharePoint desired.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
Coordinate with team members to provide enterprise support as needed.
Interact with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.
Acts as primary POC for support to new employees during all phases of in-processing.
Provide out-processing support for employees leaving the site.
May perform business development activities
