About The Position
CALIBRE Systems, inc., an employee-owned, mission focused solutions and digital transformation company is seeking a Program Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Participating in daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress, provide updates, and identify any blockers.
- Collaborating with team members and engaging in working sessions to address client questions and develop solutions.
- Participating in sprint retrospectives to evaluate what worked well, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned.
- Preparing and delivering briefings to clients on current modernization efforts, and providing recommendations on business logic, business rules, and process improvements aligned with Army policies and client requirements.
