About The Position

The Program Analyst for the Certified Department of Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) Professional Certification Program provides certification subject matter expertise, guidance, and advice to the government client in support of program activities. The Program Analyst oversees program taskings in direct support of the CDASA Program Manager, leads CDASA certification program strategic communications initiatives, and develops appropriate and compliant content for all certification program documents, and websites. Requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence polygraph.

Requirements

  • Five (5) or more years of experience providing program support in the DoD and/or Intelligence Community, specifically using consulting and interpersonal skills to develop relationships and networks in support of program goals.
  • Four (4) years of experience working alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the Department or Defense and/or the Intelligence Community.
  • Four (4) years of experience as a program analyst, management analyst, or similar role providing business operations support to include oral and written communications.
  • Experience developing training materials, analyzing data, using databases, and creating project reports.
  • Knowledge of certification program standards, assessment instruments, training needs, survey design, and high-stakes assessments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, and report writing skills.
  • Understanding of certification programs and applications to help organizations share and manage content (such as SharePoint and OneDrive).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence polygraph.

Responsibilities

  • Advise the government Program Manager for the CDASA Professional Certification Program on program activities, communications, and taskings.
  • Prepare for and participate in certification program meetings and other activities.
  • Manage CDASA program taskings, maintain the master task tracker tool, and provide weekly and monthly status update to the Program Manager.
  • Guide development of CDASA Certification Program policy and operating procedures.
  • Integrate with the CDASA Program Management Office to ensure seamless and efficient operational processes related to delivery of the certification exam.
  • Oversee program design, development, implementation, evaluation, and updates for current and emerging CDASA certification programs, to include updating program processes, policies, documents, and websites.
  • Provide certification and accreditation subject matter expertise to the CDASA Governance Council.
  • Ensure compliance with government and National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) accreditation standards.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other graphical products to support CDASA program activities.
