About The Position

As Program Analyst Intern you will gain hands-on experience in program analysis and contribute to projects that drive business growth and improvement. We are looking for a Program Analyst Intern to gain hands-on experience in program analysis while contributing to projects that drive business growth and operational improvement. This role is a full-time internship and is remote. The internship dates are June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027. This internship is a full-time opportunity requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. Candidates must be available during core business hours (8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST) for the entire 9-week duration of the program. Please note that all work must be performed within the United States. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered.

Requirements

Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
Major in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field
Strong interest in research, writing, and problem-solving
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Passionate about understanding how businesses grow and improve
Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude

Responsibilities

Assist in the analysis of business programs and initiatives to identify areas for improvement
Conduct research to support program development and strategy
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights
Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing business operations
Support program managers in organizing and executing projects
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high level of organization
