About The Position

Mayvin is seeking a Program Analyst I to support the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Tactical Operations Division, Identification Access Office (IAO)/HSPD-12 program. The role involves varied and challenging responsibilities that require sound judgment, attention to detail, and analytical and interpretive skills. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation.
Ability to review sensitive personnel information, identify discrepancies, and ensure credentialing records are accurate and current.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees and outside sources.
Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database management systems, data entry, and electronic recordkeeping.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a PIV Card or CAC card office.
Prior experience working in a DOJ HSPD-12 office.

Responsibilities

Manage HSPD-12 enrollment, credential issuance, activation, and maintenance for USMS employees and contractors.
Maintain and update personnel credentialing records across multiple databases.
Coordinate credentialing for Deputy U.S. Marshal candidates and ensure graduates receive appropriate law enforcement credentials.
Provide retirement credentials and LEOSA cards to retiring personnel, and issue courier cards to USMS personnel authorized to transport classified documents.
Ensure personnel have appropriate credentials to access systems, perform official duties, and properly identify themselves to the public and law enforcement partners.
